(Possibly) Long forgotten DS game? (Tsumiki: Block Drop Mania)

Hello everyone! This is going to be a bit of a different entry... Perhaps a small thread Just an hour ago, I rediscovered a childhood game that I thought previously to be lost. The game is called "Tsumiki: Block Drop Mania", and there is little to no information on it.
