(Possibly) Long forgotten DS game? (Tsumiki: Block Drop Mania)

Hello everyone! This is going to be a bit of a different entry... Perhaps a small thread

Just an hour ago, I rediscovered a childhood game that I thought previously to be lost. The game is called "Tsumiki: Block Drop Mania", and there is little to no information on it. The only information I have found on the game is an archive ROM, very few YouTube videos and a listing from both Amazon and EBay. I want to try to dig more into this with you all, and hopefully archive more information about this game. I'll upload screenshots of gameplay as I go along ^^;

I'll try to update as much as I can!!!! (Once again, all screenshots are taken from my Twitter. Some of the cropping may be poor)

The title screen plays a mini-movie about how the game works but what is throwing me off is that the game is reffered to as The Infernal Tower rather than Block Drop Mania?

Cutscene and gameplay screenshots. It's a little difficult to take pictures and play at the same time

I took a 2 hour break from the game and came back to it. After that I managed to beat the 1st level!!!!

DAY 2:

I'm back! This morning I was able to dig into the files of the game and archive all of the sound effects and bgm. I still need to convert them to regular audio files and hopefully I can upload them somewhere secure (yknow... archive purposes! I don't wanna lose these even though they were easy to dig into)

I also have some bad news... I couldn't find a way to dig into the other files since the NDS editor I'm using doesn't recognize the format :( the other files (Except the STRM audio files and the icon file), are labeled as .nnt - Looking it up did me no good and lead to more questions than answers.

My only goal as of now is to convert the audio files and share them, find a way to extract or convert the .nnt files
