Exercise plan is going great! Doing decent in eating right, I had been consistently counting calories and my water intake. I WANT TO BE MY BEST SELF! I used to be in very great shape, playing soccer and having to run constantly did help. I was more motivated. I don't think anything is wrong with me, I've just fallen out of my habits. I've gotten comfortable coming home and destroying some fast food then immediately going to sleep. No more!
