Exercise plan is going great!
Doing decent in eating right, I had been consistently counting calories and my water intake. While I still eat junk here and there I try to reserve actual fast food for the weekends. I am exercising M-S with Sundays being my break. I have been going strong, only missing this last Wednesday so I just won't have a break on Sunday. I do it at night so that I can have a nice shower and sleep all clean and comfy. Rather than the morning where I can oversleep and miss it, or be sleeping in my filth lol.
I'm only doing the basic workout that I used to do at my taekwondo dojo lol. But hey going from not working out basically at all for months and months to working out nearly everyday I'd say I'm doing good! I used to be able to do 3 back to back videos of the HIITs on YouTube, so I just got to work my way back up. I've also been doing 100 jumping jacks, and 50 pushups (Really hard) with 50 sit ups for JROTC cadet challenge. (Something we can do in the schools army program, what a good time for me to get back into working out :). )
On Monday I think I want to try doing more, maybe some more martial arts like the kicks, strikes, and blocks. Katas and all that for karate. I'm also going to order some nunchaku soon. (Saving the bo staff for later on because nunchaku is more small space friendly, and less work lol)
