I WANT TO BE MY BEST SELF!
I used to be in very great shape, playing soccer and having to run constantly did help. I was more motivated. I don't think anything is wrong with me, I've just fallen out of my habits. I've gotten comfortable coming home and destroying some fast food then immediately going to sleep. No more!
Starting yesterday I am getting back in shape. I won't completely shut out bad food because cold turkey is unrealistic. I will cut it down drastically though. Workouts 6 days a week. I'm already a little overweight, 5'3 and 195 lbs, but I am very bottom heavy and thick so that's not super bad. I have decided I won't try to lose a whole bunch of weight, but I will lose fat and build muscle. Less calories and more protein!
I want to gain strength, agility, and flexibility. I used to do martial arts and I want to get back into that, even if it's just at home self training to start. Especially the weapons because it's freaking cool :>
Goals:
Gain Strength
Lose Fat
Gain Muscle
Become More Toned
Gain Agility
Gain Flexibility
More Fluid and Strong With Weapons(Nunchaku and Bo staff)
Plan:
Consistent Full body workouts
Counting Calories/Slightly Less Calories
Eat a very very small amount of junk
More Protein!
Plenty of rest/water/ and maybe protein powder?
Yoga/Stretching
Consistent Practice with weapons

(I've never felt dysphoria or any sort've problems with my body. I consider myself lucky for this. What is happening is just me recognizing that I can do better and WANTING to. I'm still big in the arms with my muscles, but I'm very pudgy now lol. Gotta get those abs back!)

i’m in the same boat. trying to go running more (i started going every day but now i think it’s been more than a week since i’ve last gone TT)
