Unfortunately, I don't have a long essay for this (pity), but it's resonating strongly. So I wanted to share it, but not with friends who know me, with strangers who don't. And since I deleted Twitter because I don't like Elon Musk, here we are! Agnetha, I feel you girl! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_r19YpNJe80&ab_channel=ABBA-Topic Ok, s » Continue Reading
Being able to listen to, and hold Voyage, a real and completely solid, entirely new album by ABBA, is really just extremely wonderful! I was born decades after their heyday, so I was content for years knowing I would never witness a new song featuring all four members, let alone a whole album. It's absolutely exhilarating! When my parcel came, and I opened it to reveal four CD's, one with each ABB... » Continue Reading
Now, I'm sure those of you who know about the up coming announcement on the 2nd of September already have an idea of what might be said. We, of course, would all love to hear the likes of Fernando and SOS be included on the album. But, as well as the known classics and the new songs, I have a list of some slightly lesser known music that I would absolutely love to hear be re-done for the album. 1.... » Continue Reading

Not before or after. That was my only "phase" as it were. If I find myself enjoying something, then I tend to enjoy it for life, and the enjoyment only grows! But I haven't really felt the need to study ancient Egypt in... » Continue Reading
A rant. So, I'm trying to set myself up for a future of being as environmentally consious as possible, and I'm trying to do a bunch of research into various things. So far I've learned: Soy wax is bad, unethical for the workers and takes up a lot of rainforest space. Bees wax is good, saves the bee population, contributes to pollination... Bamboo is a great alternative to many, many, many things! ... » Continue Reading
I was going to do this as a Facebook post, but posting on Facebook is very much anxiety, so I decided not to, but I am excited and Jack has gone to work! Now, I've just been- PAUSE! (Jack's mum just gave me some sweets, which is very kind!) Anyway, I've just been playing Just Like That on the piano, trying to figure out what, if anything my left hand should be doing. So it was in my hea » Continue Reading
