ive begun working out recently and ive been enjoying it my routine usually is bicep or hammer curls (2-4 sets of 25 reps with 20lbs weights) 25 normal or modified (if it hurts) push-ups 32 bycicle kicks 25 squats though today i replaced the curls with front raises and it genuinely might be the most painful thing i've done despite using 8lbs instead 20lbs and only doing 1 set of 25 which probab » Continue Reading
