CONCEPT; Little Red Riding in The Hood. Red is the leader of a motorcycle gang in the slums. Instead of delivering food to her grandma, she's delivering weed to one of her gang members who got beat up in a brawl. The wolf is a member of a rival gang and wants to take out Red.
