I’m curious if anyone else here has been through the trauma of being sent to a wilderness therapy program (or any other type of TTI program). I was born in the USA but recently me and my mom moved to the UK. In America I had to start school at 7:30AM. In the UK I don’t start school until 9AM. I now get up at 7:30AM,the time I would have started school at in America. I find it feels so much better and the extra sleep makes it so much easier to concentrate on my studies.
