How do I get somebodies limbs and face back?

Hello internet, MePad here again, I would like to know, would any of you happen to know how to give somebody their face and limbs back? My friend recently had an argument with somebody, I won't share the details. But after the fight, the person's limbs and face completely dissapeared.
