How do I get somebodies limbs and face back?

Hello internet, MePad here again, I would like to know, would any of you happen to know how to give somebody their face and limbs back? My friend recently had an argument with somebody, I won't share the details. But after the fight, the person's limbs and face completely dissapeared. We know who did it (Clarification: It was not said friend.) but they most likely will not give them back. Is there any alternative options to get them back? Perhaps a transplant, or maybe they will grow back?
