Starting sport seriously

I went to run tonight as i'm trying to be more healthy. I'm used to walk a lot but not running ,my body was in pain very fast. But i guess i'll be used to it the more i exercise. My breakfast ! 🍳🥓

I've been trying to eat more healthy these past fews month, i usually eat a lot of cr*p full of sugar and not a lot of decent meals. Now i've slow down on eating or drinking unhealthy stuff.
