I need advice

So I woke up this morning and heard a pop in my neck/shoulder. It hurt a lot so I took some pain meds. Those didn't help. Tried some pain relief cream. That also didn't help. The nearest urgent care is about 30 minutes away and it's closed. What should I do? The same is also for my knee except the pain goes on and off and it's been hurting for about a week.
