Spring Break is almost here! I have plans to get a lot of work done over break, getting ahead in a bunch of assignments and planning for my Capstone presentation. How much of that planning I'll actually get done is yet to be seen, but hopefully I can be successful. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to meal plan for just one person. I may be living on my own for a few months here soon (if i get this internship PLEASE,) and I'm trying to do a weekly meal plan ahead of time.
