Meal Planning

I didn't realize how difficult it would be to meal plan for just one person. I may be living on my own for a few months here soon (if i get this internship PLEASE,) and I'm trying to do a weekly meal plan ahead of time. I have a lot of fun collecting recipes and I do find meal planning enjoyable, but damn is it hard to find dinner recipes that aren't 6 servings DX

Grocery shopping is going to be real expensive at first, but once I get my pantry stocked up it'll be less bad.
