Bootable Snow Leopard USB using a Windows 10 PC

I had trouble figuring out how to install snow leopard on my mac pro 2008 which didn't have any hdd or installation prior. So what I did was I downloaded the bootable DVD file off the internet archive for snow leopard, I used transmac, formatted the 16gb usb stick, then formatted the OS (iso file) right ontop of the USB stick.
