I'm slowly losing my mind

I haven't slept properly in nearly 3 months and I feel like I'm going crazy. Obviously I still sleep but usually around an hour per night, 3 if I'm lucky. I got 6 hours throughout the entire week and I'm exhausted. I have my final exams in a couple weeks and I can't even focus in class, I'm fighting to stay awake. It's funny. Does anyone else get emotionally attached to their makeup?
