As we have learned since the flood here in Eastern Kentucky, the federal government doesn't care about us Appalachian people. 🤬 Instead of helping us they give Billions to Ukraine🇺🇦 but only offer the people that lost their homes here in Kentucky 300 Dollars or less to rebuild.
