Caring about others

One thing this world needs more of is people who care about others. Jesus once said "love thy neighbor as thyself." What he meant was not just love the person that lives next door to you, what he meant was we are to love and care for all people. In society today unfortunately the vast majority of people have forgotten that. In life we should all strive to do as much good as we possibly can to help our fellow man. People life is so short don't waste it just caring about yourself. In the story of Cain and Abel, Cain asked God "am I my brother's Keeper" the answer to his question is yes. As we are all supposed to be each other's keeper we are supposed to watch after one another and have care and compassion for all. That's just something I've been thinking about tonight I hope everyone that reads this takes some time and think to yourself, "Have I been a good keeper to the people in my life?"
