I dont really think any actual change is possible at all. Reforming is ineffective nd doesnt work, usually the reform only stays for a few years at most and then goes back to buisness as usual, thats the nature of "reform". What is fucking out there? Theres no reason to go there. Mining would be ungodly expensive. What about the life on other planets? If we mine em we'll just colonize them xd.
