Been a hot minute! But alas I am here. I was prescribed Prozac at the beginning of the month and I've been doing great! A lot less overthinking and anxiety. No issues with anyone I was having internal issues with either. However, if I get into the school in Japan I am applying to, then I will have to change to Zoloft. Turns out I was right! Allergies were what were causing my brain fog for the most part. Crazy how much damage a "small" allergy can do. I rarely if ever have obvious allergic reactions that people often think of; an occasional rash, those bumpy things, hives in my mouth, etc. Most of my reactions are in my gut or affect my brain. since my brain has been foggy, I've begun to do research on the issue. My allergies to food have gotten worse and I get massive when I bloat; this was not an issue a few years ago.
