weird stuff keeps happening

Okay, I live in sweden and stay in a "cabin" or rather a singular room suspended you by some trees, with a stair case leading up to it on some weekends. It's nice and the view is pretty, however weird shit keeps happening. I'm sure there's some kind of logical explanations to these but I just can't see it.
