am i cute or what

for my birthday yesterday, me and my besties (vernaband) went thrifting. 

need i say more??

big shirt big pants (like, really big)

jorts over jeans (contemporary artwork, daresay?)

floral dress under cargo fit (springtime in the tundra? or perhaps in the chem engineering facility)

floral dress and magenta pants (gold accents too!)

leopard print dress (so modern and so chic)

for most of my senior year in high school (this last year), my style represented a struggling stem major who hated being stared at but longed to be unique, all while experiencing gender dysphoria, getting 5 hours of sleep on average, and having crippling anxiety.

the end result was pretty boring. i kinda js looked like some sorta traveler or vagabond. maybe because every day was like backpacking through an academic death valley, an emotional siberia, and southern california - all simultaneously.

i basically wore two pairs of pants and like 4 different shirts for the entire school year. 

i had a few fashionable moments and cute stuff but these were exceptions.

i'm starting university this fall and i truly do want to impress others. i want to express myself as outwardly as i can.  

hence, the return of the fashion demon.
