Weekend, with Animate! (October 19th-20th, 2024)

More long form blog posts for the audience of no one to read.

Sorry if this one seems really poorly written, i'm having trouble conveying my thoughts right now for some reason.

Preamble Ig

This weekend my sister drove home from college to visit. It was supposed to be a surprise for mother, but iCloud happened I guess. Delta Final got a blog post, I ranted about my teacher, and most of my discord friends ghosted me. Oh well.

I also went to Culvers for the first time and the poor man with hearing aids was taking orders for some reason. They got a few things wrong.

Chicken --> nothing (didn't hear at all)

Snickers on ice cream --> Sprinkles on ice cream

Saturday

I wake up way too late in the morning from having odd dreams, and have to give my sister my desk chair because our parents threw out hers (it was old and the seat cushion was all ratty).

My sister and Mother went to the movie theater, meanwhile I sat in bed watching youtube videos like a shit head. I feel in a panic because politics, and decide to attempt to reconnect with a friend at some point.

My family hits the road to travel to a restaurant. My grandparents are supposed to meet us there but on the way they traffic gets backed up because of a car accident so they arrive ~10 minutes after us. 

I also brought my digi-cam (I bring it most places nowadays) and took this photo.

We finished up eating, obviously we go home. I ask my parents about going around town and taking photos on Sunday, and ask about taking a walk around the neighborhood. The walk doesn't happen, shock :0.

Oh, and then we play a card game called Skyjo during the half time of thee football game my folks were watching. I really recommend it, it's competitive and fun. We also talk about me coming out so that was cool!

Sunday (today)

My sister is leaving to go back to college so we all say bye in the kitchen. Next I have some lunch and then we talk about going to the park to take photos instead of my idea of doing more urban locations. This park is MASSIVE by the way. The first time I went there, I was with my grandparents, and we ended up lost all the way on the other end of the park. It was wild.

I don't really have much to say for today. I have to work on getting my license because I'm super late to the punch and won't have transportation at the school I have my eyes on.

We're having home made pizza for dinner though, so that's cool.
