I NEED HELP WITH MY LAYOUT!!!

Hi, I've been using this layout: https://layouts.spacehey.com/layout?id=93010 and everytime I use a decoration like the dokia or this monster high sticker: https://layouts.spacehey.com/layout?id=106033 The decorations stay inside of the layout instead of outside of it covering my layout.
