I NEED HELP WITH MY LAYOUT!!!

Hi, I've been using this layout: https://layouts.spacehey.com/layout?id=93010 and everytime I use a decoration like the dokia or this monster high sticker: https://layouts.spacehey.com/layout?id=106033 The decorations stay inside of the layout instead of outside of it covering my layout. If you know how to fix this please let me know. I am new here and new to using html so please go easy on me lol. Any help at all would be helpful, thank you!
