Profile picture becoming visible everywhere

Does someone know how can I upload a pfp and for it becoming visible within minutes? It's been hours since I uploaded a normal pfp, and it is not visible for me on laptop. :( Before the one I am talking about, I uploaded one too yesterday and I checked this morning and my pfp was still blank.
