Chill little off day gonna use that as an opportunity to go crazy on my lats, for today I want to emphasize on my lats and lower back so I can get that Dorito back like Toji or Miguel O'Hara. So essentially this is mainly gonna be a pull day; a lot of rows, pull ups and push ups but I will also mix in dips so that there is more definition in my chest. Just wanted to know what people are doing for their summer body goals or if your just training to improve your self. I think I've made good progress in the gym but i definitely want to know what others are doing to achieve their goals.
