Just wanted to know what people are doing for their summer body goals or if your just training to improve your self. I think I've made good progress in the gym but i definitely want to know what others are doing to achieve their goals.
I've stuck to a routine of eating twice per day a big breakfast and small dinner or vice versa and 2 hours of working out, doing 30min of cardio first before working out. The results have shown and sticking to this routine.

Me personally, I recently just got a trainer, and so far I've only had one day scheduled with him (I have another one coming up on the 12th this month, I'm pretty hyped lol)
I mostly just work on my chest on Saturdays and Sundays, but my trainer's also gonna add on arms, legs, and something else (I forgot what it was specifically) and he's also having me come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Thats cool Ive never had a trainer myself all my routines Ive done myself but its nice to have someone supporting you in your progress I look forward to see your progression in the gym. Make sure to stay consistent and believe in yourself, you are your own cheerleader when you got no one else. (Be the biggest glazer)
