today has been good but I've had all my calories for the day with 410 for breakfast (super health bar, pineapple, protein shake) and then bf packed "lunch" for me ( pretzels 130, veggie chips 110) then i had chicken pasta for dinner for my last meal of the day but here's the obsession...
