After about 5 hours of meetings today, I finally got a chance (and the energy) to get back to the gym, which feels great. Tonight I went to a hookah bar for the first time in a long time. Probably since like, 2018 or so. It was fun! Had a tallboy Montucky and just kinda vibed. Forgot how much I liked it to be honest.
