Does anyone actually know what they're doing?

Seriously, never met a person who actually like had a plan or anything. I mean everyone has goals and wants and dreams and whatnot, but thats different. I'm not telepathic or anything so I have no way of knowing this but everyone I've asked dosent actually know what they're doing, everyone is improvising, in a constant state of panic "what am I gonna do with my life?"
