I forgot about yesterday lol Yesterday was okay. Tho... i had BBQ with my family and we started talking about tragedy that happened in my family. It made me very sad and I almost cried. I feel very... weird. My doctor started to decrease my medication and told me that I no longer have depression. I know that it's a good thing, but I feel bad about it.
