A small rant about Hulu's 'The Bear'

Before I say anything I'm only on episode 7, and I really enjoy the show. Nothing I say is meant to be anything but criticism. A common theme I see throughout the episodes are these adults ignoring the issue at hand. Like Sydney pressing Carmen about the dish, she made in episode 6.
