HELP! - Cut finger while skinning animal

Hi guys, I recently slightly cut my finger while trying to skin this unknown animal head I found (probably something like a raccoon or possum). It is pretty far along in decomposition - no brain, no blood, mainly just greyish tan skin that I was trying to peel/cut off, and I had left it in a bucket of soapy water to get the skin loose for about a day.
