yesterday was tiring but fun. we were told everyone may be accepted and some may be alternatives. some may be used to fill in for a girl who quit or is sick or got kicked off the team or is injured. alternatives can be switched out to compete with the team at any time. sometimes you have to prove yourself that you are worthy of a main position if you want to be switched from off the mat to on t... » Continue Reading

It was scary. Some of us newer girls stood around the stunt group. The flyer fell in my direction. I was fast enough to catch her and lower her down softly. She was okay. Then she fell backwards and ripped out a nose ring when she fell on the back spot. They were okay. we practiced our school cheer and song. we did high v's, middle v's, and low v's with our arms.
