clinic day 1...

    It was scary. Some of us newer girls stood around the stunt group. The flyer fell in my direction. I was fast enough to catch her and lower her down softly. She was okay. Then she fell backwards and ripped out a nose ring when she fell on the back spot. They were okay. we practiced our school cheer and song. we did high v's, middle v's, and low v's with our arms. Everyone got a rules list for if we got accepted onto the team tomorrow. We practiced our jumps too. we did a tuck circle. And we got out 15 minutes early! I'm very excited for today's clinic!
