Turns out I was right! Allergies were what were causing my brain fog for the most part. Crazy how much damage a "small" allergy can do. since my brain has been foggy, I've begun to do research on the issue. My allergies to food have gotten worse and I get massive when I bloat; this was not an issue a few years ago.
