12/01/23: happy december! & dnd!

hello everybody! 

todays the first of december, which means 12 more days to the most important holiday; taylor swifts birthday!!! I'm mainly excited bc I'm going to be in a book that's given to taylor on her birthday full of submissions from people about why they're a swiftie and how they became a swiftie and stuff. so that means taylor is going to see what I wrote! that's so crazy to me. i really hope she messages me on tumblr after and we talk but that's only a dream 

but in all seriousness, December means Christmas season which is good bc i get to see family and get gifts and stuff and i love the winter season bc its an excuse to not go outside and bundle up under blankets. I'm a very indoorsy person most of the time. (except the 2 weeks out of the year I'm at summer camp lol) 

I'm going tomorrow to my church to breakfast with santa for my little brother, he's gonna look so so cute meeting santa and i used to go meet him too when i was little so its all full circle. and then I'm going to this Christmas parade with my grandad that we go to every year its a lot of fun 

and on Sunday I'm going to a beginner dnd game that my stepdads friend set up. i really wanna learn about dnd and play it seems like a lot of fun. and i went to my schools dnd club with my friends and it did not go well AT ALL

they were all gross incel coded boys and THEY SMELLED SO SO BAD I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN HOW BAD THEY SMELLED and they were super mean and yelled at me when i didn't understand stuff BUT IT WAS MY FIRST TIME PLAYING DND CUT ME SOME SLACK and the dungeon master was so boring and the story was boring and didn't make sense and none of them wanted to roleplay or anything yknow THE FUN PART OF DND 

and this kid neal who I've known for awhile and he's super annoying he def was cheating and all his stats were way too high so he was so overpowered and not fun to play with at all

buuut this thing on Sunday should be a lot of fun since its not gonna be gross future discord mod smelly boys and its a beginner thing so i can make mistakes WITHOUT ANYBODY YELLING AT ME 

sorry I'm still so salty about dnd club 

i think I'm gonna look at people profiles on spacehey for a bit now, I've been quite inactive
