I recently moved. That means I spent most of my savings and I felt like quickly stocking back up. So I’ve been doing doubles for three weeks. Around Monday of this week my cycle fully slammed me, and with it a few flu symptoms. I don’t even know if I have pto to claim so I just kept working doubles. Overworking my body. A big sacrifice for sure. it’s worth it. The year is rolling around the corner. I’m tired asl, cashed in well though. In three days made 48 hrs for the week. I’m ok with taking some days off now.
Someone I work with told me she recently got Covid… I think I now have Covid too. This feels more intense than a flu. Im delirious and coughing a lot. Dry throat. Feeling slammed into a wall by a big fat ocean wave.
Because of this doubles and flu situation I haven’t gone to the gym in like two weeks. My body has lost weight but idk about my muscle retention.
