Movie reviews - Five Night's at Freddys

I didn't care for it but I had fun.

the movie was very eh for me, my theater was great since we spent a lot of the movie laughing at the bad parts in the movie. it was not scary it would of been better if it was rated R, but they knew they would make less money since the majority of the fanbase is children and teenagers.

some things I did enjoy was the fact that they really did do a good job reference wise, with the YouTubers and the smaller stuff the sparky's the diner and stuff like that. I enjoyed some of the comedy and the set design along with the animatronic design was very well done. it made me feel like a kid again the one who grew up with fnaf which was very special 

some things I didn't like was the horror it was not scary and was played pretty safe. I liked the pacing up until the very end of the movie. they got rid of springtrap so quickly he didn't even seem like a threat. the acting was... ok it was not bad but could be better. 

the plot got a bit confusing at points and some things were not explained well, for example. the weird iron blade Freddy thing that was never explained. why golden Freddy looks like that. due to the lightly i could not even tell it was golden Freddy.

I also wished the movie had a better ending everything turned out good in the end which is very uninteresting and it ended too well and it feels like there should of been some consequences to the ending but there was NONE besides that girl who got stabbed
