Elephant Stomping

Elephant stomping is self explanatory, but there's more to it. 

The person being executed is placed into a contraption where their head is in a sort of board, and the trained elephant is lead to step on the victims head, immediately killing them. There is another method however, the person is placed on the ground and the executioner  leads a HIGHLY trained elephant to crush the victims limbs one by one, then crushing their head and killing them.

This method was often used on people who did smaller crimes, such as stealing.
