the urgent care thinks i cut myself (i fell) and am therefore in a mental health crisis (my mental health is shit atm but that’s not the point) so i’m not allowed to go to work this week.
my paycheck is gonna be absolute shit.
like $80 for 2 weeks kind of shit.

The hospital is holding you without consent? You should check your country/state’s laws on false imprisonment, that sounds like a violation of your freedom of movement.
