how cold is too cold?

currently ~ brr! temps have dropped here and so now my apartment is chillier than i liked but.. we have to pay utilities now so i'm doing everything in my power to not have to turn on the heat lmfao.

life update: i did my second stick! i didn't complete it in the number of tries i ~wanted~ but i'm not upset because: my hands shook way less this time, getting through the skin was no longer the hard part, and i have once again.... learned a new thing. i can't lie, the idea of my clinical is still scary despite having 2 successful sticks but also most of my class had the same issue so i think ultimately things will be fine and i'll get through it. because i am soooo powerful yeehaw.

in other news i got to see some really dear friends last night (who i haven't seen like. all summer) so that was very healing and lovely and i'm so glad we got to hang out. also i was supposed to have 2 meetings with students this morning but they got cancelled because the nightmare of my fingerprinting fiasco marches on. oh well hopefully i'll be cleared soon so i can get freaking paid lmfao.

what a day to be experiencing the full range of human emotion. ok i'm gonna go eat my leftover chipotle (heart eyes)
