why won’t god let me die

i’m so sick it’s not even funny. i went down in december and i haven’t gotten back up. i’m having trouble working because of it- which as you can imagine is causing money problems. but as of right now i’m extremely nauseous, have a migraine, just starts my period, am shaking, am extremely exhausted, can barely drink water, and my mouth is dry af. no i do not have rabies. i haven’t been bitten by an animal recently.
