Bro , does anyone have those kind of dreams where it's like; You can break out during the dream, but then it gets out of control from there? Like those kind of dreams scare me so bad, but idk abt you!!!
Please share any scary nightmares you've had because I am SO interested!!!

Had a dream many years ago when I was maybe 11-12. I was on my phone in the dream looking through my apps when a man in a full suit walked past my bedroom door. (The door was open). I look up from my phone and he looks at me and his pupils are bright red. As soon as we made prolonged eye contact, I woke up from the dream. In real life I was sitting up, staring at the open doorway. It's one of the only times I can safely say something demonic happened to me.
That actually sounds like a really odd, but reality breaking experience. Idk how to explain it, but waking up in that position sounds so scary!! Ty for sharing tho ^^

Sort of like a lucid dream where you're aware you're dreaming but you can't take control? I might have an explanation if so

When you recognize that you're fully aware that you're dreaming. Remain calm. If it also helps. Start screaming in your dream. It will wake you up. Learning to remain calm is the only way you'll be able to actually take full control of your lucid dream. Anxiety when you're in REM sleep will only cause nightmares

I've been really stressed out for some time. Which is normally what causes lucid dreaming. The more you encounter then the less they will affect you
