I Am Curious Episode 1: "Any Pronouns"

I'll keep this one short, as it's a simple, genuine question:

When someone says "any pronouns" and doesn't specify which ones they prefer, what the heck do you call them?

Do you just switch pronouns every sentence, or pick the one you think they look the most like, or go by Vibes, or what?
