Magnus Archives OC (Art + Writing)

Her name is Abigail :) she has a lot of lore um!!. I'll put it after the next two pictures.

Note: I drew these at 2am and forgot the freckles. That's a mistake on my part, I should be getting it fixed sometime soon-

Okok lore time!!!!

For all of the seasons, she wears gloves bc of an extreme fear of disease and germs. The gloves are very important for later on-

Basically she starts off as a general assistant/intern in the institute, that's her in season 1. She's happy cause she hasn't actually technically had to get involved with anything yet, but she occasionally finds herself drawn to reading the statements and documents she organizes whenever the others in the team are busy. She cares a LOT about her appearance and uniform, so she regularly gets her hair cut and always has perfectly pressed uniform.

She works up to the archival assistant position specifically in season 2, where she still does all the stuff from season 1, but now she has more clearance and more access to files that regular assistants don't usually get to see. She's still pretty uptight about how she looks, but she's letting her hair grow out a little more now, so she's a little more relaxed. Unfortunately, while involved with some of the cases she's pulled into, she gets a couple of scars, but she's relatively unscathed.

In season 3, she starts dabbling more in classified files because of that feeling that she needs to look into more and more. The best way to describe it would be a hunger, or a craving. Ever since she started looking into things that she has no business in, however, she felt as if she was being watched- even if she wasn't. She gradually gets more paranoid throughout the season, but she tries to dismiss it.

In season 4, she gets really overwhelmed by her paranoia and acts irrationally. When someone else (unnamed, unimportant- probably new staff) catches her in a classified area in the archives, she suddenly lashes out, attacking them and they end up dead. :(. Anyways. She panics and consults Elias, if you remember who he is, and he does help yeah but he's got blackmail on her now, so she can't exactly quit anymore, uh oh!! Because of this moment of vulnerability, Elias frequently asks favours of her and she ends up having to do some of the stuff a lot of the *other* staff should be doing, but they can't cause they're out on case research or something similar. When Peter takes over the institute, she's a little more relaxed- but she's still paranoid. Even if Elias is in prison (for now), she still feels like she's being watched. Eventually, she stops coming in for work and nobody in the workplace hears of her.

In season 5 she's just surviving the fear-apocalypse the same as everyone else, but if you remember me mentioning that hunger for information, that's basically a part of being an avatar of the Eye, one of the 14 fears. This means she can see things from all over the world if she focuses enough, and she can read people's minds- as can all avatars of the Eye. Not much is really known about her, since she doesn't exactly use her powers for good or bad, she's just surviving. that's about it for season 5 tbh
