I JUST WANNA GET PAID.

So I've been getting paid for three days worth of work while showing up for the whole WEEEK. I don't understand what's good with these security companies, but if I take a job in a place that has a lack of transit due to it being AN ISLAND and I get there 30 minutes before my scheduled time, plus get released 30 minutes after my scheduled time... MEANING I'm a very dedicated person to my job and don't complain too much. WHERE IS MY MONEY? telling me i might get paid 8 hours of the missing shift this week and the rest next week. YA LOOKING BAD and I hate not being able to keep up with responsibilities. On top of that there are other people who have no hours missing yet they are being overly compensated. People that get there late and get released earlier. I'm just taking notes. My phone got water damage so I've not been able get a new one in over a week. It's getting to a disrespectful point.
