You know, I'm looking around here - and I'm seeing a lot of people who have a page here and then link off to a dozen different sites and accounts - twitter, discord, tumblr, etc.
What's the point of making something here and then trying to post anywhere else? In circles like these I find a lot of people who hate the way that things are now online, wouldn't the best way to fight that be to shun the websites that shit up the net with everything you hate?
Get out of the 24/7 jetstream of shit and bile - and detox yourself by just focusing on one site and your outlook will change - I guarantee it.
What's twitter got going for it? "Oh man, I get to see NEWS and THE SAME MEME OVER AND OVER AGAIN (until it dies out two days later)"
What's tumblr got going for it? They brought back porn recently - was that really why everyone was using it?
Snapchat? I thought people stopped using that after high school.
Facebook? What are you, 80?
Reddit? Don't make me laugh.
4chan? Any chan site? Not the same, never will be - it's just porn and people trying to get included in the screenshot (trying to get clout on other websites by proxy, it's a vicious cycle)
Don't even get me started on youtube.
Take it from me, pick a site and stick with it.
A Concerning Trend

Yeah, I like it here - I like a lot of these websites with older designs, I've got a VidLii account and I've got a Neocities page (both separate from my activities here, both under different names).
I don't use Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc. - I like the look and feel of stuff here and it's refreshing to meet other people who can still type out a paragraph when they need to.
